Pinnacle K9 Inc, provides a Safe, Clean, Climate Controlled (YES! We have air conditioning too!) environment, where your dog has the freedom to run and play all day with the other canine guests, while carefully supervised by experienced staff. A stress free but socially enriching day for our canine guests, is the goal!
While our main focus is Daycare, we also provide other services such as dog boarding.
Pinnacle K9 Inc. is located in Elma, NY, just minutes from Route 400. We are a brand new 3200 square foot facility, complete with a secure 1000 square foot fenced in outdoor play yard. The floor of our indoor play area is complete with rubber mats. Indoor and Outdoor areas are cleaned and sanitized daily.
We take pride in making sure all of our canine guests feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, while they are here.
Our facility is also available for rental, for those that are interested in using it for private training, "puppy parties", etc.

Full Day: $30+Tax
(Additional Dog $28.00+Tax)
Half Day (UNDER 5 hours): $23+Tax

Because safety of our staff and the other canine guests is a top priority, all new dogs OVER 6 months of age must undergo a meet & greet/temperament evaluation prior to being able to take advantage of our daycare services.

BOARDING

Pick Up & Drop Off Tuesday-Friday, 7am-9am, 4-6pm
Saturday, Sunday & Monday Pick Up & Drop Off, By Appointment Only
Our kennels are 4'x8'
Boarding is charged PER DAY. Boarding rate $37/day, plus tax. This includes the drop off and pick up day REGARDLESS what time the pet is dropped off, as a spot is reserved all day for said pet. With this change it means, All boarding stays are now a 2 day minimum charge! A Deposit is required for all boarding stays.
Boarding is available to EXISITING DAYCARE CLIENTS ONLY!
Boarding includes all day supervised play in daycare!

All Saturday & Sunday drop offs/pick ups are subject to a $10 after hours fee!
Facility Rental
Need an indoor space to host a dog party, dog event, or private training, etc?! Contact us today about renting out our facility! Rental available in evenings during the week, and anytime on weekends!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL DAYCARE & BOARDING DOGS!
For the safety of all staff and our other canine guests:​

Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (titers accepted), Bordetella (must be given a minimum of 14 days before attending, no exceptions), negative fecal (required annually), and current on flea/tick preventative

Intact Dogs; the female must not be in heat (if in heat, she will be kept separate and not be able to attend group daycare). Intact males will be considered on an individual basis, after further temperament testing
"Re-Fur" a friend, and you get a free day of daycare!
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, check or credit card.
We reserve the right to place any misbehaving dog in a "time out" away from the play group.
Any dog showing sign of illness or inappropriate aggression, as determined by our staff, may be dismissed from daycare.
