Established in 2016, Pinnacle K9 Inc. is the long time dream of owners, Ashley & Sharon Foersch. Ashley has been involved in the canine world for over 12 years. She owns several German Shepherds of her own, and trains and competes with them in multiple different venues, like therapy work, agility, conformation, but her main focus being a rigorous dog sport called IGP, where she competes at club, regional and most recently, national level. Ashley held several positions on the board of Niagara Frontier Working Dog Club for several years. Prior to getting into training and competing with her current dogs, Ashley was heavily involved in dog rescue, fostering many dogs over the years. Ashley is very experienced in animal behavior, and has experience working at dog boarding and day care facilities in the past. Ashley has attended Medaille College where she has earned credits towards her business degree. Prior to going for business, Ashley's original plan was a veterinary technician, but then felt that this business was more "her calling". Ashley is a AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. She continues to expand her knowledge through attending seminars and workshops.
Sharon has also been involved in the canine world for over 12 years. She also owns several dogs of her own. Sharon is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid through PetTech.
Between the two of them, that is over 24 years of first hand experience and knowledge!
